据墨西哥《改革报》3月18日报道，墨西哥纺织和成衣业领导人要求总统培尼亚采取更多措施制止不公平竞争。墨西哥企业家表示从2013年9月到2014年12月，墨西哥纺织和成衣业遭受到前所未有的危机，如60%左右的纺织品和成衣进入墨西哥市场时价格低估，有些甚至价格仅1美分/件。政府在最近半年内采取的措施是不够的。培尼亚总统承诺将采取更多行动制止走私、盗版和价格低估等不法行为。
